Japanese Soft Bread Demonstration at Ipoh with Wah Seng Distributor

markMarubishi Malaysia, in partnership with our trusted distributor Wah Seng, recently hosted Japanese Flour demonstration in Ipoh, this engaging demonstration featuring our talented in-house technical chefs, Chef Snowvy (R) who was assisted by Chef Pang (L). 

The demonstration highlighted our Pansyokunin and Super Melanger, which provides the exceptional elasticity needed for a signature cotton-soft texture in Asian baking. Chef Snowvy emphasized that the specific flour is the key to elevating standard bread and bun recipes.

Chef Snowvy showcased the flour's versatility through popular recipes, all designed to inspire local bakers. Highlights included the techniques for achieving the iconic light and tall Shokupan loaf and creating soft and visually stunning Chocolate Marble Toast. 

She also demonstrated mastering softness across assorted favorites like the Melon bun, Oreo Chocolate bun, Sausage bun, and Red Bean bun.
