Chef Nogami will be sharing his masterful techniques, showcasing the making of a variety of delicious bakes; from pandoro, to baguette, shokupan, escargot, crescendo, brioche and more!
Chef Tan Chii Yong, the founder of the iconic Mr. Aisu gelateria, and also as the ambassador of Iceteam, will be demonstrating his gelato expertise using Cattabriga gelato machines, showing you how to churn the perfect gelato every time.
We'll also show you how to reduce cafe and bakery waste by turning your extra baked goods into incredible new gelato flavours using Martini Gelato.
Learn how you can transform day-old cakes, breads, and pastries into incredible gelato. And of course, all these delicious gelato are available for you to sample.
You will also find a wide range of packaging solution such as cake box, cake tray, and gift box on showcase at our booth. Products are 100% made in Japan by Package Nakazawa, a leading packaging company from Japan.
