In September 2025, Marubishi Malaysia had the incredible opportunity to participate in one of the region's most anticipated events: Food & Hospitality Malaysia (FHM) 2025!
It was a fantastic experience, and we were thrilled to connect with industry leaders, showcase our ingredients and equipments, and share our passion for quality.
Our team worked tirelessly to create an engaging and informative booth, and we were so pleased to see so many familiar faces and meet new friends.

Live Demonstrations by Chef Nogami
The highlight of our booth was undoubtedly the series of live demonstrations that we hosted! We were so honoured to feature some of the best talents in the industry.
We welcomed Chef Nogami from Nogami Boulangerie, who captivated the crowd with his insightful live bread demonstration.
Visitors were treated to a showcase of masterful techniques and learned professional tips on making diverse, delicious bakes.
Chef Nogami ensured every bake started with the best ingredients, highlighting the quality of Taiyo Milling flour from Japan, and Minoterie Bourseau flour from France.

















Cooling Down with Gelato
The booth cooled down with delicious gelato demonstration by Chef Tan, the founder of Mr. Aisu and Ambassador of Iceteam, along with our internal Chef Felix.
Chef Tan showed off the art and science behind crafting perfect gelato using high-quality Martini Gelato ingredients and top-of-the-line Cattabriga machines.
A key focus of his demonstration was showing businesses how to reduce café and bakery waste by transforming day-old cakes, breads, and pastries into incredible new gelato flavours - a brilliant move for sustainability and profit!
Pictured below is the popular Butter Croissant gelato that was loved by many of our customers who tried it!
Chef Tan demonstrated how to transform day-old butter croissants into a rich, flavorful, and uniquely textured gelato, proving that yesterday's pastry can become today's premium dessert.
Using day-old sponge cake, he also created an amazing Strawberry Shortcake-inspired gelato, a perfect way to give surplus cakes a second, delicious life!
Our gelato display featured incredible new creations, especially the Pu Er Raspberry which was loved by many and the eyebrow-raising Spicy Tomato Basil which had many stop to look, and try.
Our Pistachio options, made with Martini Gelato MLG Diamante Pistachio Verde and MLG Crock Pistachio. They were such a hit, even our own team couldn't resist seconds!

We showcased their popular cake boxes, cake trays, and gift boxes in the latest trend colors from Japan - gray, white, and kraft.
This display is to demonstrate how premium bakeries present travel cakes in Japan.
