Corn Oil 56g
Milk 100g
Earl Grey Powder 5g 
Low Protein Flour 75g
Baking Powder 2g
Sugar 55g

 

CHESTNUT CREAM

 INGREDIENTS AMOUNT
Whipping Cream 200g
Chestnut Cream 120g
Sugar 8g

 

TO ASSEMBLE

You will also need some whole chestnuts and almond nib.
