Gelato Advanced Master Course

Marubishi Malaysia is thrilled to announce the return of Maestro Gelato Chef Giacomo Schiavon! Following his successful Cattabriga demonstration, Chef Giacomo will be conducting a 2-day Advanced Master Course designed for you to master the science behind gelato formulation.

The course will be held on 14 & 15 May 2025 at Marubishi Malaysia Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. Participants will learn advanced techniques, explore innovative flavor combinations, and gain invaluable insights from a world-renowned gelato master. Limited spots are available.
