Babychef is the new counter-top multifunction machine for gelato, pastry and gastronomy, ideal for fast preparations in a limited space.

It allows preparing a great variety of products: hot, cold, sweet and savoury. Thanks to the possibility to save recipes in the cookbook you can always obtain the same results, the unit comes with 25 saved recipes and 5 blank slots to save new ones. All the recipes are customisable to your needs.

Babychef is straightforward, efficient and easy to clean. In fact, the necessary equipment consists of only three pieces: the double lid (pastry lid and gelato lid), the beater and the extraction spatula.

The continuous churning cycle allows to produce and store ever-fresh gelato, the inverter allows making authentic coffee granita without making it foamy.

 

Double Lid
Babychef is straightforward and versatile, a perfect machine for those who want to add a creative touch to their preparations. 

The double lid is easy to assemble and clean. It helps to change swiftly from gelato mode to pastry and gastronomy mode. Thanks to the chimney, the Pasticceria Lid allows to add ingredients in the cylinder while the unit is working. 

Beater (Inverter)
The 15 speeds becomes and easy to manager hot and cold preparations. This helps to optimise the phase change and it allows to save up to 30% in electricity consumption.

Pâte à Choux
The vertical batch allows to check on the dough and the pastry lid becomes possible to add ingredients while it is cooking. 

The extraction happens through the cylinder so that it can be fast and effective. 

Coffee Granita
The beater's inverter can make an authentic dark coffee granita without making it foamy. Just like the gelato cycle, the granita one allows storage in the machine.

Gastronomy
The possibility to vary the temperature speed and beater's speed, baby chef allows to prepare many gastronomical dishes.

Continuous Churning Process
Babychef allows to produce gelato and to store it with a personalised consistency. It is possible to add gelato mix at any moment and to have it ready to serve in 6 minutes.
