To comply with Malaysian Ministry of Domestic Trade and Costs of Living (KPDN) regulations under the Control of Supplies Act 1961, all commercial bakeries, cafes, and wholesale traders purchasing controlled ingredients in bulk (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Cooking Oil, LPG) must register and upload a valid KPDN permit or license.
Uploading your permit to your Marubishi account ensures uninterrupted deliveries and seamless online ordering. Follow this simple step-by-step guide to complete your registration.
Pre-requisites Before You Begin
Ensure you have prepared the following documents in PDF or clear image format (JPG/PNG):
Valid KPDN Permit / License Document:
- PBKB Permit (issued via SPB Portal) if you operate a cafe, bakery, or restaurant transforming raw materials into baked goods.

CSA License (issued via BLESS Portal) if you are a distributor, wholesaler, or trader reselling raw materials.
Step 1: Log In to Your Marubishi Account
- Visit Marubishi Malaysia official website.
- Click on the human icon in the top-right corner.
- Enter your registered business email and password. (If you do not have an account yet, click Create Account using your registered company details).
Step 2: Navigate to 'License & Permit Management'
- Once logged in, go to your Account Dashboard.
- Click on the Permit / License Upload.
Step 3: Enter Your Company & Permit / License Details
Accurately fill in your company and permit / license details matching your official KPDN document:
Step 4: Upload Your Permit / License
- Click Choose File or drag and drop your document into the upload box.
- Upload your PKPB Permit / CSA License Copy.
- Ensure the text, stamp, and dates are clear and legibly visible.
- Click Submit for Verification.
Step 5: Verification & Order Authorization
- Verification Period: The Marubishi Team will review and verify your uploaded document against official KPDN records. Verification typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
Offline / Direct Sales Order Alternative
If you place orders offline or through a designated Sales Person rather than the online portal:
- Simply email or WhatsApp a clear copy of your valid permit directly to your designated Marubishi Sales Person-In-Charge (PIC).
