Stargel 4 is the counter-top batch freezer reliable and easy to use. It is suitable for the production of all types of gelato, with a matchless quality/ price ratio.

Stargel 4 has different batch freezing cycles: gelato cycle, cremolata cycle, fruit cycle and Mix & Go cycle.

Gelato Cycle:
Batch freezing cycle for dairy gelato. Cycle with hot batch freezing program for optimum control of gelato consistency.

Cremolata Cycle:

Program for the preparation of fruit cremolata by discontinues cooling cycle for even ice crystals. Cycle that can be programmed according to the required quality and density of the product. 

Fruit Cycle:
Freezing cycle for fruit gelato and sorbets.

Mix & Go Cycle:
Allows to pour powder ready bases into the batch freezer directly.
