The packaging condition is very good.
Pan syokunin flour is suitable for loaf and sweet / soft bun. I also use this flour to refresh my starter pasta madre .

One of the most forgiving flour in bread making and takes in water well. Dough is easy to handle. Makes wonderful sourdough loaves and cloud toast. Wish I could add a video here but can't seem to do so
